30 days to live with it
Art has to work in the room it hangs in. If it does not, send it back within 30 days of delivery.
What a return costs

The shipping format is set by the artist and is shown on every artwork page, so you know before you buy which row applies to you.
Damaged on arrival
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs of the artwork and its packaging. You are refunded in full. We handle the insurance claim ourselves — it is not something you or the artist has to chase.
How to start a return
Write to ceo@ibuy.art with your order and we will send return instructions and, where the return is free, a prepaid label. Please keep the original packaging until the 30 days are up.
